Although it is no longer mandatory to wear masks in shops we would still appreciate customers wearing a mask to protect our staff and other customers. We also have hand sanitiser stations which you can use upon entering and exiting the shop.

Yes, we love to gift wrap! Simply select the option to gift wrap which is complimentary and we will make the gift look beautiful for your loved one.

Select the products online that you would like to purchase and head to the checkout service on the website. If you are having difficulty purchasing through our website you can use our 'chat with us' pop-up on our website, give us a call at our Islington branch on 0207 354 8681, or our Chiswick branch on 0207 8742 8555, where a sales advisor can help you make the purchase.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Diners Club and Discover,

Once you have set up an account with Klarna there are two ways you can use it on our website. 

Pay in 3 instalments - Allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 equal payments. This is completely interest-free and there are no late fees. Pay in 30 days - Allows you to get up to 30 days to pay for your order with no late fees or interest. No, you do not need an account to place an order, however if you create an account with us and sign up to our newsletters you will become part of our rewards structure. You will be notified of the latest collections and offers at Wild Swans.

We have covered the cost of tax and duties in our shipping price so you will not get hit with any additional costs upon receiving your order.

The Gift Cards online are sent via email with your order confirmation. No physical copy of the gift card will be sent. If you would like to arrange a physical copy of the purchased gift card please contact info@wild-swans.com.

Once your order has been made on our website, we will send you an order confirmation email. When the order has been processed, we will send another email to let you know the tracking details so you can track your order.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We send out UK and international shipments via UPS. We also provide a free click and collect service where you can choose the store closest to you to pick up your order.

If you cannot select click and collect and this is the option you would like to use, please contact us on our 'Chat with us' pop-up located on the bottom right corner of our website or email info@wild-swans.com.

You will receive an email notification advising when your order is ready for collection. Please note that the return window of 14 days starts from the date your order is available to collect from. If you fail to collect and return within this window, we will not be able to refund your order if it is not suitable.

If you are having difficulty collecting your order please contact us at info@wild-swans.com
stating your order number and your query. Failure to pick up within 14 days of the order being approved may result in the order being refunded if we are unable to get in contact with you.

We hope you love your order but if it’s not right for you here is how you can make a return. If you have purchased online please email info@wild-swans.com with your order number and the reason why you are returning within the 14 day return period. Post the unwanted items back with the courier of your choice to Wild Swans, 152 Upper Street, London, N1 1RA. Please include the order number within the package, failure to do so may result in your order not being refunded or a delay in your refund.

If you have purchased in store please bring back to the store with your receipt and within the 14 day return period to get a credit note.

If you have placed your order online please email info@wild-swans.com with the order number and the item you wish to exchange and we will see how we can help.

If you have purchased instore please come to your nearest store with your receipt and the item you wish to exchange. You can call 0207 354 8681 or email info@wild-swans.com in advance to check we have what you want in stock before you make the journey.

Orders from within the UK usually take 1-2 working days to arrive. For International orders they usually take 3–5 working days. This is subject to change during the sales period.

If you are within the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days please email info@wild-swans.com with your order number and tracking number.

If you are international and your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days please email info@wild-swans.com with your order number and tracking number.

We always pack with love, care and attention, but if there are any faults please contact info@wild-swans.com with the order number and the item that is damaged or faulty. We will either offer you a replacement or a refund.

Once you have had a confirmation email that your order has been received and refunded, it usually takes between 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account.

You will get a notification of your cancelled order which will take between 5-7 working days to be refunded back into your account.

All deliveries from Wild Swans require a signature upon arrival.

If you have received your tracking confirmation it may already be too late to change the address. Email info@wild-swans.com if you haven’t received a tracking confirmation to change your address.
