We operate on a maximum of 5 people at any one time. We ask all customers to sanitise their hands and wear clean cotton gloves that are provided upon entry. The gloves are clean and washed daily at a 60c wash. We ask you to wear the gloves as protection for yourself and the staff, as well as protecting the clothing from getting damaged by the sanitiser.

Once your order has been made on our website, we will send you an order confirmation email. When the order has been processed, we will send another email to let you know the tracking details so you can track your order.


We send out UK and international shipments via UPS. We also provide a free click and collect service where you can choose the store closest to you to pick up your order.

You will receive an email notification advising when your order is ready for collection. Please note that the return window of 14 days starts from the date your order is available to collect from. If you fail to collect and return within this window, we will not be able to refund your order if it is not suitable.

stating your order number and your query. Failure to pick up within 14 days of the order being approved may result in the order being refunded if we are unable to get in contact with you.

We hope you love your order but if it’s not right for you here is how you can make a return. If you have purchased online please email with your order number and the reason why you are returning within the 14 day return period. Post the unwanted items back with the courier of your choice to Wild Swans, 152 Upper Street, London, N1 1RA. Please include the order number within the package, failure to do so may result in your order not being refunded or a delay in your refund.

If you have purchased in store please bring back to the store with your receipt and within the 14 day return period to get a credit note.

Orders from within the UK usually take 1-2 working days to arrive. For International orders they usually take 3–5 working days. This is subject to change during the sales period.

If you are within the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days please email with your order number and tracking number.

If you are international and your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days please email with your order number and tracking number.

We always pack with love, care and attention, but if there are any faults please contact with the order number and the item that is damaged or faulty. We will either offer you a replacement or a refund.

Once you have had a confirmation email that your order has been received and refunded, it usually takes between 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account.

You will get a notification of your cancelled order which will take between 5-7 working days to be refunded back into your account.

All deliveries from Wild Swans require a signature upon arrival.
