Yes, we love to gift wrap! Simply select the option to gift wrap which is complimentary, and we will make the gift look beautiful for your loved one.

Orders
Select the products online that you would like to purchase and head to the checkout service on the website. If you are having difficulty purchasing through our website, you can give us a call at our Islington branch on 0207 354 8681 where our Customer Service Advisor will help you make the purchase.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay Paypal and Klarna.
No, you do not need an account to place an order, however if you create an account with us and sign up to our newsletters you will become part of Wild Swans Rewards. You will be notified of the latest collections and offers at Wild Swans. Click here to see the Wild Swans rewards.
Once you have set up an account with Klarna there are two ways you can use it on our website:
Pay in 3 instalments - Allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 equal payments. This is completely interest-free and there are no late fees.
Pay in 30 days - Allows you to get up to 30 days to pay for your order with no late fees or interest. Click here for more information on Klarna's Terms & Conditions.
The Gift Cards online are sent via email with your order confirmation. No physical copy of the gift card will be sent. If you would like to arrange a physical copy of the purchased gift card, please contact customerservice@wild-swans.com.
Once your order has been made on our website, we will send you an order confirmation email. When the order has been processed, we will
send another email to let you know the tracking details so you can track your order.
Shipping & Returns
We use UPS, EVRI and Parcelforce. Once you get to check out you can select which courier you would like us to use. We also provide a free click and collect service where you can choose the store closest to you to pick up your order.
Duties & Tax are covered in the shipping costs. It will be clearly shown once you get to checkout. There will be no additional costs once you have received your order.
If you cannot select click and collect and this is the option you would like to use, please contact us on our 'Chat with us' pop-up located on the bottom right corner of our website or email customerservice@wild-swans.com or call 020 7354 8681.
You will receive an email notification advising your order is ready for collection. Please note that the return window of 14 days starts from the date your order is available to collect. If you fail to return within this time, we will not be able to refund your order if it is not suitable.
If you are having difficulty collecting your order, please contact us at customerservice@wild-swans.com stating your order number and your query. Failure to pick up within 14 days of the order being approved will result in the order being refunded if we are unable to get in contact with you.
We hope you love your order but if it’s not right for you here is how you can make a return. We guarantee to refund or exchange any item bought Online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of receipt is provided.
If you have purchased online, we offer Instant Refunds and Exchanges through our partner Reveni. To begin your Return via Reveni, please have your order number and email ready to submit and click here to start your exchange. If you have purchased in store, please bring back to either Islington or Chiswick with your receipt and within the 14-day return period to get a credit note. Please follow our refund policy for all returns.

Depending which courier you pick at checkout will depend how quickly you receive your order. There are options to get next-day delivery or delivery
in 5-7 days.
If you are within the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, please email customerservice@wild-swans.com with your order number and tracking number.
If you are international and your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please email customerservice@wild-swans.com with your order number and tracking number.
We always pack with love, care, and attention, but if there are any faults, please contact customerservice@wild-swans.com with the order number and the item that is damaged or faulty. We will either offer you a replacement or a refund.
Reveni refunds are instant. If you’d prefer to contact us on the phone at 0207 354 8681 or at customerservice@wild-swans.com we can process a manual return. In these instances, once you have had a confirmation email that your order has been received and refunded, it usually takes between 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account.
You will get a notification of your cancelled order which will take between 5-7 working days to be refunded back into your account.
This will depend on the courier and service you choose.
If you have received your tracking confirmation it may already be too late to change the address. Email customerservice@wild-swans.com if you haven’t received a tracking
confirmation to change your address.

Wild Swans Rewards are located on the bottom left corner of any page of our website. Click on the icon and you can log into your account. Once you have logged in, the number of points will be shown.
Once you have signed in, click on the “Wild Swans Rewards” icon, and click on “Ways to redeem”, if you have enough points a coupon will be available with a “Redeem” button. Click on the “Redeem” button and you will be presented with a code. Copy and paste the code into the “Discount code or gift card” box when you are at check out and the discount will be applied.
You need to add your birthday to your account. To do this click on the “Wild Swans Rewards” icon, log in and then click on “Ways to earn”, you will see “Celebrate a birthday” where you can edit the date. The date will need to be in two months prior to be eligible to receive the points.
Locate the “Wild Swans Rewards” icon, log in and click on “Refer your friends”. Copy and paste the referral code and send to your friends. Once they have used the code on a purchase, you will be rewarded £10 to use on your next order.
Yes, you can! When you are at the till, please mention to the Sales Assistant that you have an account, and they will do the rest.
RENTAL
You can rent the items available on our Rental page for a week at a time. Once you have selected a product, the page will take you to the LOANHOOD website where you can complete the rental.
Step 1 - Click the Rent Now button
complete your details in just a few minutes – add your contact info, choose your delivery or pick-up option, and set your rental dates.
Step 2 - Verify and Pay
At LOANHOOD, trust is paramount. All customers are required to complete a verification process before finalising payment via Stripe. This can take 30-60 seconds.
Step 3 - Wait for your rental to arrive
You’ve done it. Enjoy your rental and don’t forget to tag @yourbrand in your socials.
Step 4 - Return rental
Finally, send your item back ready for another fashion lover to enjoy.
Yes, all payments are managed through LOANHOODs payment provider Stripe.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the rental if the product does not fit. We do have all products available at our Islington store to try before you rent, as well as product measurements on the rental product pages on our website. If you have any further questions about sizing, please contact us on customerservice@wild-swans.com .
The cost of renting an item is marked on each product. Once you start the process of renting your chosen item you have additional costs to consider such as:
- Damage cover
- Delivery costs
- Dry cleaning
- Return delivery costs
The rental period is one week from the rental start date. If you would like to extend your rental, you will need to head back to the website and book the following week through the Rent Now Button.
If you opt in to include Damage Cover which is £2 per rental, you will be protected against repairable damage as outlined in LOANHOODs T&Cs. This coverage includes situations such as torn seams, damaged zippers, and treatable stains (excluding cigarette burns). The evaluation of damage will be at LOANHOODs discretion and covers damage up to the value of £50 only.
If you do not choose Damage Cover or it exceeds the £50, you will be responsible for covering the entire cost of any damages that occurs plus an Admin Fee.
We use UPS for all rental deliveries. We will email you the tracking number separately once sent, unless you are picking up the item from our store. We do not supply return labels; please pick a courier you wish to return the item with and send the tracking number to customerservice@wild-swans.com .

If you would like to purchase the item during the rental period, please email customerservice@wild-swans.com with your request and we will see what we can do.
Once you have returned your item, please email us the tracking number to customerservice@wild-swans.com . If you have dropped off in store, please notify us via email.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds
- If you decide to cancel a Rental Request at least four 4 days prior to the Rental Start Date you can cancel free of charge. For example, if a Rental Start Date is the 20th day of the month, a cancellation request must be submitted on or before the 16th day of the month.
- If you decide to cancel a Rental Request within 4 days of the Rental Start Date, you will incur a “Cancellation Charge” which is 30% of the rental fee.
- If you decide to cancel the Rental Request within 48 hours of the Rental Start Date, you will not be entitled a refund.
- However, where the Booking Date and the Rental Start Date are within the same 48-hour period, you will be entitled to cancel the Rental Request free of charge within the 2hour period immediately following the time of the Rental Request being submitted unless the order has already been dispatched.
