SHIPPING

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible and ship everything using DHL Express or UPS Express as standard. Once collected by the courier you will receive a tracking link via email and your order should arrive within 1-2 working days. 

All Europe and RoI orders will be sent via DHL and the rest of the world will be sent with either DHL or UPS.

All tax and duties are included in the cost shown at the checkout so there are no surprises when your order is delivered.

Occasionally the stock for your order may be split across our two stores and you will be charged for two lots of postage - but don't panic! You have the option to consolidate your order into one shipment, (this can take up to a week), or if you need it sooner we can send them out separately. If you're happy to wait a little longer too have them sent as one package we will then refund you half of the postage.

If you find your order is taking longer than you expected, please email customerservice@wild-swans.com with your order and tracking number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
