SHIPPING

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible and ship everything using DHL Express as a standard. Once collected by the courier you will receive a tracking link via email. For orders made by 1pm, your order should arrive within 1 working day. 

All Europe and the rest of the world will be sent with DHL Express. Taxes and Duties are not included in the cost shown at the checkout, so you will be contacted by DHL if you are elligible to pay them.

If you find your order is taking longer than you expected, please email customerservice@wild-swans.com with your order and tracking number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
