SHIPPING

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible and ship using DHL Express shipping for both UK and International orders. For orders made by 1pm* we will always aim to have your order delivered in 1 working day. 

We have two delivery options: 

STANDARD DELIVERY (free on orders over £200): 3 - 5 business days.

EXPRESS DOMESTIC (free on orders over £300): Aims to be delivered within 1 working day for orders placed before 1pm*

Once your order has been collected by the courier you will receive a tracking link via email. 

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:

All orders placed outside of the UK take between 2-7 working days standard.

Customs Clearance: International shipments must pass through customs, which can add unexpected delays depending on local regulations and documentation accuracy.

Taxes and Duties are not included in the cost shown at the checkout, so you will be contacted by DHL directly if you are eligible to pay them once you order has arrived in the designated country. Unfortunately at this point in time we have no reliable way of calculating the cost of the relevant taxes and duties beforehand.
