DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders will be shipped by Post or Courier.
Minimum delivery charge is £5.00 per UK delivery and £20 for Overseas delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, then please email us and we will either track your order for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the post or courier website.
UK Delivery time is 2-3 working days from receipt of your order. Please note that particularly during periods when an increased number of sales are running, your order could take a little longer. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible of any unexpected delay in delivery.
Please be aware customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties and taxes.
RETURNS
ONLINE PURCHASES -
Wild Swans guarantee to refund or exchange any item bought Online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of receipt is provided.
RECEIPT – Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Returned items not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE – Wild Swans will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.
PIERCED EARRINGS – In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.
BOOTS + SHOES – Must be returned in their original designer box. Shoes returned without their original designer boxes will not be accepted.

Any item returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
Items that have been worn.
Items where the tag has been removed, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Any product deemed by Wild Swans not to be in perfect saleable condition.
